"The staff was very nice. They allowed us to check in early despite our room not being available and gave us a different room with equal accommodations. We were also allowed to keep our bags there while going to Maccu Picchu despite already being checked out."

"Aguas calientes is quite an expense place, for the price you pay here, you can't get a better experience. Centrally located, nice comfy beds and a lovely hot shower - very much needed after a 9-day trek."

"Muy serca de todo lo que es comida pubs y karaoke además de estar serca de la estación de buses para machupichu. Freddy muy buena persona el alojamiento impecable abrigado con agua caliente muy amables todos y calidad precio confort está súper bien lo recomiendo 100%"

"Unieke ervaring . Je verblijft op een drijvend eiland. Nestor en zijn gezin zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt veel moeite gedaan om het de gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken , maar men zit uiteraard op een drijvend eiland. Avondeten was zeer lekker en vers, steeds mogelijkheid tot kokend water voor thee. Prachtig terras en uitzicht. Heerlijk rustig, enkel natuurgeluiden"

"We had a very pleasant stay. It’s definitely worth climbing the stairs to the hotel, because once you reach the upper terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the place, the square, the valley, and the surrounding hills. The place has a magical atmosphere and really prepares you for the visit to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. The room matched the setting well, surrounded by vegetation, and had its own private outdoor terrace. The staff also kindly stored our luggage while we were on our tour and allowed us to use the shared terrace even after checkout, which we really appreciated, after collecting the luggage."

"The bed was comfortable and it was close to the plazas and restaurants. Staff were kind. I only stayed one night and they let me check in early at 5am after waking the reception up. Rang the doorbell a few times and then called them on the telephone. You need to be buzzed in and out of the hotel. There was a big closet with a safe."

"J'avais choisi cet hôtel en raison de son éloignement, mais pas trop, du centre ville (Lambayeque n'étant pas un village) afin d'être relativement au calme ! j'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner apporté dans la chambre, très vaste mais non équipée du moindre meuble de rangement. La disponibilité du personnel. Prix très intéressant."
