"We stayed in the "Cylinder" style room, and honestly, it felt far too cramped for a couple. There was a noticeable lack of shelves or hangers for our belongings; I expected a bit more functional space. In my opinion, these rooms are better suited for solo travelers rather than pairs. Regarding the front desk service, while they weren't disrespectful, there’s definitely room for improvement. A more welcoming attitude and a friendly smile would go a long way—after all, a great customer experience is all about making guests feel warm and at home. Finally, the WhatsApp communication felt a bit cold. Response times were slow, and the messages lacked basic courtesy—sometimes just a "." or a one-word reply like "here" without even a "hello." A bit more hospitality in their digital communication would make a world of difference."

"The experience far exceeeded our expectations. First is the location and the property itself is very modern. Staff is always around cleaning so the place is impecable. There are a variety of different areas where you can relax. The property offers a variety of accomodation options so depending on your budget you choose what is best for you or your group. We did a mix because we had young single adults and married older adults in our group so we had different accomodations. But all the accomodations a impecable, new and very comfortable. I have stayed in other properties in the area and Qema far exceeds all of them. Don't gamble your time and money going anywhere else."

"The place is amazing and the hotel/hostel should have at least an average of 9 - 9,3 🤷 Straight at the beach where you can walk along to the town if there is no high tide. Otherwise walk or take a tuktuk for 5 Sole to the center. As it's a mix between hotel and hostel it's not the perfect place to meet and speak to other people as you don't know which of them are backpackers ;) But to chill and relax for sure an amazing place i would go again 🌎😎🙏 Thanks guys 👌"
