"24/7 very hot water in the showers, heating at night which kept the room nice and toasty. The host was absolutely lovely and made us little breakfast packs in the morning to take on our day tour. She also helped with the laundry at very reasonable prices. The wi-fi was fast and stable too."
"The hotel is at the top of a hill so a little tough to walk up to from the centre of town especially if you are feeling the altitude. But everything else makes it worth it."
