"Our host was super welcoming and did everything to make us feel home. She helped us with taxi and some tips for the city. Bed was super confy, warm and clean. They have hot shower."

Easy walk everywhere around town-just altitude makes breathing hard at times. Expect South American quality, maybe this hotel is not brand new but comfortable, good value and we had a great stay."

"Very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. Radiator provided in room for extra warm if necessary and hairdryer provided They kept our bags for us while we went to Isla Taquile for three nights"

"The owner was very kind and friendly with us all the time. We arrived quite early in the morning and she let us enter the hotel and wait there which was a great gesture of her. The location is close to the main square. The room is nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast has many healthy options."

"The owner Berta is a very heartful, helpful and knowledgeable person, who gave us valuable tips and helped us to plan our individual itinerary. The breakfast is very good and prepared with great care. The rooms have a heating, warm water and comfortable beds. The location is both central (5 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Armas) and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back if we would visit Puno again. Thank you Berta, we felt at home in your hotel!"

"We came here from another hotel that was very loud and cold. We loved it at T'ika! It was quiet, the room had a heater and the beds were comfy!! They also have a hairdryer in the room. The lady at the reception checked us in around 23h at night even though it was late.."
