"Hotel ben ubicat, net i amb bones instal.lacions. El què ens agradaria destacar és l’atenció rebuda pel personal, ja què ens han fet sentir com a casa i no com a un “número d’habitació” més. Han estat molt atents i propers i quan estas lluny de casa, s’agraeix moltíssim. Espero que la direcció tingui en compte el seu equip humà perquè és el millor de l’hotel. En especial, Oshin i Ximena que amb el seu somriure i predisposició, han fet una estància molt agradable. Gràcies!"

"The service was outstanding. Every request i made in my short stay was quickly addressed. From requests for taxis to a pair of scissors and room service for drinks were all excellent. The lobby had free cool drinks available at all times and it was kept cool with air conditioner. The pool next to the restaurant on the 7th floor was a nice feature to have due to the heat."

"The room i had was a triple bed which I found small but we only stayed one night. The shower had lukewarm water, not hot; but the temps were hot so it was not a big issue for us. The extra blankets on the room were dusty. The room did not have a window which made it quiet but a view would had been nice to have."

"We just stayed here one night after staying in the Amazon and had a good experience. The staff were very welcoming, even letting us have an early check-in. Breakfast was amazing (best we had in Peru) and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. They also have a view point if you go up further which was great to watch the sunset over the city. Aircon and hot shower were also appreciated."

"Good accomodation near the main Plaza de Armas. There was not much to do in the city of Puerto Maldonado itself. This was a good ‘home-base’ to enjoy the activities and excursions offered by the agencies in town. The air conditioned room, cold shower and inclusive breakfast were incredibly convenient."

"A really solid hotel, clean with a nice pool.The rooms and beds were actually a bit nicer than they looked in the photos. Seems like a slightly more expensive place for the area but was worth the money for the comfort and relaxation after spending a few days in the jungle."

"Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast with good variety. I was able to leave my notorcycle and gear at the hotel for a couple of day while I went on a tour. Secure parking for cars and bikes."
