"Great historical hotel with authentic decoration, plenty of photos and information about the history of Iquitos and very welcoming and helpful staff. We stayed as a family of four in a large and very comfortable room. It is located right by the riverside, has a balcony and large common areas. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff, especially Francisco, were very helpful and friendly, always doing their very best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It is an old building in need of constant maintenance, and of course, there are details which are work in progress but that didn´t impact the comfort of our stay in any way. We highly recommend and certainly will come back."

"Lamentablemente, la zona no es la mas linda de Iquitos. Aunque la seguridad esta garantizada porque hay muchos policías cerca (comisaria, agentes patrullando, etc.) Esta muy cerca del centro, con una vista al rio espectacular."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück war klein (kein Buffet) aber es war sehr gut, frisches Obst und die Wahl zwischen Rührei und Spiegelei sowie Brot und Marmelade und Kaffee. Das Hotel entsprach den Bildern."

"Ich kontrolliere als erstes in einem Zimmer immer die Betten und mir war aufgefallen das die, frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche, voll mit Schweißflecken von vorherigen Gästen war! Das geht für mich gar nicht! Wir haben dann das Hotelpersonal geholt und das Problem erklärt. Es wurde neues Bettzeug geholt, ich konnte es kontrollieren ob es ok ist und dann wurde das Bett neu bezogen! Damit wurde für mich das Problem positiv gelöst. :)"

"Une beau séjour dans un immeuble magnifique classé de l'époque du caoutchouc. Personnel très serviable ( ils ont gardé avant la nuitée nos bagages 3 jours lors de notre trek en forêt ). Chambre spacieuse avec climatisation et tout le confort. Bonne situation à 100 m du centre ville. Très propre."
