Las Olas Beach Resort is located on the Pacific Cost of Panama and next to La Barqueta Beach. It features an ocean front, outdoor swimming pool, Centre De Benestar Centre and tennis court. Air-conditioned rooms offer free wired internet access, a work desk, safety deposit box, TV and telephone. The bathroom is private and has a shower and hairdryer. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. The menjador at Las Olas Beach Resort offers international cuisine and features ocean views. Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed on the open terrace. Activities like surfing, kayaking and sea turtle releases are also an option for guests. Panama International Airport is 30 minutes’ drive away. Shuttles to and from the airport can be arranged for a surcharge.

"Sunrise and sunsets are amazing there. Sound of ocean is special Warmest pool and ocean water in Panama. Road construction still there but using doesn't take long to pass through."

"Good wifi, good air con, clean, comfy bed, very helpful friendly staff. Manager helped me order airport taxi and sorted out any small issues quickly. Located next to beach, nice restaurant and lovely food, good waiter service, good, large shower. Microwave and fridge a real bonus. Was upgraded to one bedroom suite which was much appreciated. Very quiet. For the price I paid I enjoyed my stay."
"Bathroom a bit dated, plastic seating furniture in apartment lounge and sparsely decorated. Bedroom smelt strongly of damp. It was low season so many amenities closed and under maintainence eg second pool and outdoor bar closed and under repair, (but indoor bar open). Main pool not clean (leaves, dust floating on it), outdoor areas dishevelled or not attended to. Presumably it's better in high season. A little isolated, need car to get there or $16 Uber taxi from David, or $30 dollar hotel taxi to David."

"La isla es preciosa y la comida (incluida en el precio) riquísima. Tienes que saber a dónde vas, no hay grandes comodidades, no hay electricidad durante todo el día y la comida varía poco entre pescado y pollo, aún así duermes en el paraíso, la cama es cómoda y todo está limpio. Puedes contratar con ellos el transfer desde Ciudad de Panamá. El precio incluye desayuno, comida y cena y una excursión por las islas de al rededor durante un día. Tienes opción de pagar un poco más y tener cabaña con suelo de madera y baño privado."
"This is sunning on the beach as it should be, a lot less of the traditional 'comfort' you would find on a more commercial resort. The custodians (native people) look after you, but also stay out of your way. Communication with the custodians on the island is limited if like myself you only speak English, however all communication with the travel agency was consistent and prompt. You have to be prepared for a more basic way of living, which is just what I was hoping to gain out of it. The islands truly are worth a visit and one of the most magical places I've been on this planet. My booking experience was smooth with no issues despite me booking two days prior to the trip."
"Es sind nur 2 Häuser auf der Insel und die meisten Tages Touristen sind auf der Rückseite in einem „eigenen“ Bereich, daher ist es wundervoll entspannend. Die Einheimischen hier sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ist sehr lecker und ausreichend- vor allem das Frühstück! Auf anderen Inseln ist es oft eher Massenabfertigung beim Essen."
"Highly recommended! It took us a while to find the right boat. We almost booked a smaller boat for basically the same price but look no further, Renaissance is a beautiful well kept boat and much bigger than the average and very spacious inside. We spent a few nights on board Renaissance and I have to say I did not expect that high level of service. From the moment we stepped on board we felt like home. A wonderful family dynamic. Captain Morgan is very professional and we felt safe at all times. He took us to the most beautiful islands and incredible snorkeling spots. Petra's cooking was just extraordinary. The flavors and the presentation were spectacular. The kids were very lovely and polite and they helped us as guides on the islands since we don't speak spanish, it seems like they know all the locals which we found adorable. /Pierre"
