"I really really recommend the place! It was important for us to travel by bus, not renting a car, so we can be around people, but that was a challenge in some cities. We choose the Coffee Mountain Inn because they offer tours, from the hotel. And it was a great choice. We had a super service! We did a day hike and a twilight hike with our kids (6 and 10). The owner was so kind with our kids. Very respectfully of their needs. The breakfast, served, every mornings, on the backyard terrace, was really appreciated. It was a perfect moment were you feel like someone is really taking care of you. Moreover, the view was calming. The place is own by an American and a Panamean, which can be helpful if your Spanish isn't that great."

"Breakfast included was delicious, served right on your balcony. Beautiful mountain views. We also took two tours with them: tubing and night tour. The tubing was a great combination of rapids and lazy drifting down the river, looking at birds in the trees. The night tour was awesome, we saw tons of insects, frogs, and spiders and learnt a lot about the local environment."

"It would've been nice to have a small kitchenette, since there aren't many restaurants in the area. When we checked in, the owner seemed to be in a bad mood (we did show up 10min late, but still...). We warmed up to him later on during the night hike tour, but still left us with mixed feelings."

"What an amazing inn! Wonderful and helpful staff, beautiful/comfortable room! The gardens are beautiful and peaceful...I could have sat in the hammocks for hours. Make certain to order the simple supper and typical breakfast on your veranda, and just relax."

"Walking to the center and restaurants and coffee shops took approximately 20 minutes on hilly roads with no sidewalks. Better take your car (3 minutes)"

"Die Betten waren bequem und unser Zimmer und Sitzplatz war nach hinten in den Garten ausgerichtet wodurch wir die übrigen Gäste nicht wahrgenommen haben. Das Frühstück wurde an den Tisch auf dem eigenen Sitzplatz serviert was die Privatsphäre noch mehr unterstrich; wirklich eine ganz schöne Idee."
