"Met the owner, whom we enjoyed. The room was spacious and had a large kitchen area, which we appreciated. It was great being about to make coffee and hot tea and to have a refrigerator. It was an easy walk into town and convenient to Cerro Punto, Amistad Park, Birders Paradise ( highly recommend) and more. Also like the chairs and table on the front porch."

"The hotel is right next to the main street, so there is traffic noise. A wall buffers a little and we slept fine, but would have liked to have known. There was a dripping sound coming from the toilet. The microwave only worked if we unplugged and replugged and used one setting. But we figured it out and it did heat things up."

"There was quite a bit of road noise with trucks passing during the day but didn’t impact evening rest. Host typically leaves at 4pm so be aware of that on check in day. I arrived later in the evening and had to ask one of the guests on how to gain access to unit. Host was gracious and came to the property after we communicated."

"We had a great stay at Cabañas Las Molas in Volcán. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had hot water, which was perfect for the cool weather, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were clean and of good quality. The staff was extremely polite and supportive from day one, always available to help and ensure we were comfortable. A big plus is that the property is pet-friendly, which made our stay even better."

"There was a minor issue with the bathroom door, as a small piece of wood was broken. However, we were able to figure it out easily, and it did not affect our stay in any way."
