"Beautiful view. Beautiful villa. Many appliances in place. Comfortable living room sofa. Great outdoor balcony."
"Few kitchenware need attention. A kettle found with moles inside. A pan without handle. Most kitchenware are with Teflon and all Teflon are scratched and gone. Bed need replacement as it is not entirely leveled (one side sunk)"
"The whole property was very quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was beautiful and especially the sunrise in the mornings were perfect. It was a peaceful couple of days for our family. Would highly recommend for a small family. The swimming pool was big, clean and near the beach with great view,"

"The villa is spacious and clean with lots of facilities, the host was great luckily we got early check in since we reached a little early , near the beach and the weather was great when visited in November. There is restaurants and a shop nearby ."

"The house is new, nicely furnished, nice neighborhood, kitchen appliances are of good quality and complete. Easy access to beach. Quiet."
"The cookware is really basic and not in the best shape - just one old and beaten up pot, one pan (there was a second one which lacks the handle), just two plates, two cups,... So if you like to prepare your own dishes, prepare for some improvisation. The grocery shop in the facility is very basic, and as the grounds are a bit remote, buy your food in Muscat before you drive down."
"Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer tollen Terrasse zum grillen und sich wohlfühlen. Das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt und es gibt einen kleinen Spar Laden in der Nähe. Also alle Optionen vorhanden, selber kochen oder essen gehen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer per Telefon erreichbar. Tauchbasis ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank ich hatte eine tolle Zeit."
