"It’s a handy spot in the town of Mirbat, yet also right by the sea. Very spacious room with seating area. There is a great seafood restaurant next door where we had the best meals we had during our two weeks in Oman. A reasonable price for a decent place."

"The location is great directly on the beach, you have a beautiful view, a few steps to the best restaurant in town and a diving shop. The staff specially Abdallah is great, very helpful, super proactive, knowledgeable and acting quickly. The highlight was a 2.40m bed: a lot of space and the mattress is very comfortable. There’s a lot of space in the room."

"Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Anlage gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Bett ist riesig und sehr bequem. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Dont' get tricked but the outside first impression It's a new business, they try to do their best to make it work. Big bungalows with front porch, clean, comfortable, fairly priced, and with nice view facing the sea. They also delivered some serious breakfast right in the room. Overall, pretty decent service vs money, nothing to complain"
