"The house is in a perfect position, into the Rotana complex. It has a private parking just in front of the door. The house is new and spacious and has all comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, iron board, hairdryer). Wifi is fast. The private pool and patio outside is a plus, we had lunch outside everyday. The bathroom is big, with shower and bathtub. Bed is comfy. We did not meet Hatem, but he was always available on the phone. There is a beach club just opposite the house (Sandyz Beach), where you can go and have beach chairs and umbrella for free. There is also a very nice bar and a good and reasonable restaurant there. We enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly come back!"

"Just be advised that the sofa, during our stay, was a regular sofa and not a sofa bed, neither a foldable bed. So if you are travelling in more than 2 people, you better check with the owner the bedding situation."

"Very comfortable, quiet and good located. Only steps to the beautyful beach. The apartment ist very clean, the little pool well maintained by the daily pool service. Communication with the owner 5 star, very very nice people. Thank you for the perfect stay, we felt like at home 😊"

"The place itself- gardens around- clean everywhere- splash pool with jacuzzi in front in the garden, sea and beach nearby. Very quiet place. There are restaurants and bars and marina. Across the main road is aqua center- good for children. All very new and modern."

"The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks."

"If you sit outside you do 'benefit' from the singer at the Bravo restaurant. But it's only background noise and isn't loud enough to hear once you're inside."

"It was a wonderful stay!! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, nice, cozy, clean and well-maintained property, and with privacy. It is closed to the restaurants, cafes, and the beach! I enjoyed exploring the whole Hawana by running in the morning. The host is very helpful and pleasant thru phone. Highly recommended place to stay!!!"
