Misfah Old House is located in the middle of the old village of Misfat Al Abryeen in Sultanat. It offers traditional accommodations and serves Omani cuisine cooked by local families. All rooms are fitted with tiled floors and have got large windows. Each room offers mattresses, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Some rooms include a shared bathroom. Guided tours within the village and to surrounding areas can be arranged by Omani local guides. Hiking and horse riding are on site activities that are available upon request. Misfah Old House is about 220 km far from Muscat airport. It is about 40 km south west from Nizwa city. An airport shuttle is available upon request. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

"The location was superb; however, my late Friday afternoon arrival presented a considerable parking challenge. Fortunately, the owner serendipitously assisted me in securing a parking spot, for which I am truly grateful. Spending the late evening on the balcony was a magical experience, and despite the brevity of my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it."

"We booked the full apartment with a private bathroom, but they locked us out of one of the rooms in the apartment without explanation - this would have been polite to explain. Despite other comments online, this is not the closest stay to the parking."

"The old house is in a wonderful setting within the date palms of the village. We were given the choice of a large room with no view or a small room with a balcony and view. Our booking was with a view. I think we were affected by a large tour group which swallowed up our booking. We picked the small room but unfortunately the adjoining room wasn't sound insulated from our room. A huge gap at ceiling height existed. You could hear everything! Management removed the working staff from the adjacent room. We were offered another room for our 2nd night which we accepted."
