"After the booking I was asked in Arabic to send the Money immediately. I clarified this via WhatsApp. This was unnecessary. Also unnecessary was that I I was informed twice about what is forbidden in the Hotel. Once per WhatsApp and once with the checkin. And after giving 9 of ten points in the final Evaluation I was asked to give 10 points at booking.com. No. Exactly this is the reason why don‘t do this."
