"Large, spacious apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, Royal Opera , restaurants and cafes. Own free parking in the garage . Air conditioning working well . The owner was very friendly."
"The bathrooms need renovation. There were small ants in the bathrooms that were creeping into the bedrooms. The bedding in the master bedroom had only been partially changed by the previous occupants and smelled strongly of sweat. Fortunately, we had our own bedding."
"Check in was smooth and we had a great time in Muscat, accommodation was clean and nice, we had dinner at Ubhar restaurant downstairs on the ground floor based on host's recommendation for local Omani food and it was delicious. Went to Muscat Nights events which was in Qurum Park near the apartment and we had a great time"

"Casa grande ha addirittura 3 bagni. Il proprietario è super gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca che abbiamo molto gradito e ci ha lasciato anche tenere le valigie nell’appartamento fino al pomeriggio dato che avevamo un’escursione."

"The appartement is situated on the boulevard. It is spacious, clean, modern and well equiped. Good beds, clean bathrooms. A nice balcony with shade in the morning and evening. Balcony has seaview including dolphins in the morning. Good wifi. Perfect specialty coffee shop in the same building. Owner is very kind and helpful to make your stay complete."
