"The room was exceptionally spacious. The bed size was really huge and comfortable. Wifi connection was good Everything was really clean The staff especially the 2 receptionist (Omani lady and Indian boy) were really nice, very pleasant,kind and helpful. They really deserve a appreciation for the way the provide service. I would say they are the main asset of the hotel."
"Only thing I felt a little off was the amenities in the bathroom, there were 2 small soap, toothbrush and paste. But we were 3 people and had only 1 towel, also no slippers and carpet in front for the bathroom door so after shower the room floor would always be wet. Also the working of the shower is little confusing, even though was able to shower, was not hable to use the hand shower. Overall this is a small negative comparing to the positive sides of the hotel."

"We had a very good stay at the Ibri castle hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. They gave us a second rooms at no additional cost. Complimentary tea and dates are provided in the lobby. You can find a bowling alley and a massage service at the hotel. Some restaurants are close by."
