"Our trip was a family trip. Everything was very good. Ehsan was very polite and professional. He has several apartments of different sizes, cars for rent, and water activities that you can get advice from. I highly recommend this place. The bedroom has a beautiful view."

"It is good located - near airport. We arrived at 4 a.m. and it was no problem to check in by ourselves. It is also just by the beach, you can swim every morning and evening and enjoy in sunset viewing. The building has also the fitness, swimming pool. A small grocery store is in the building nearby. It has also a washing machine and a very nice view over the city. The owner was very nice and gave us advice on how to spend time in Muscat, he made use reservation for Ad Daymaniat islands tour and proposed nice Omani restaurant."
