"We stayed at Bait Baityn for two nights and enjoyed it very much. It's the perfect place to stay at and relax in the beautiful village of Misfat Al Abriyeen. It's a traditional house with a really nice rooftop, where breakfast and dinner are served. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A big thanks to Ahmad and Ahmad, who both made our stay really special. To respect the locals, we suggest parking outside of the old village and taking a backpack with the overnight essentials - instead of driving right to the end of the road and clogging everything (as unfortunately many other tourists did)."

"This place is very authentic - it has been renovated and is clean and comfortable, but you still get the vibe of an old farmhouse. I arrived late and the owners invited me to a dinner at a local place, where they themselves eat. Super nice of them and I also got to taste some delicious food. I don't think I ever got such good service at a hotel."

"As a guest you are very welcome here, host Achmed informed and helped really good. He invited us for a village walk together with Hammad who is a real storyteller. All you want to know about the renovation of the village, the culture of the villagers, Islamic religion and all you want to know, just ask. Stylish and warm accommodation, nice dinner and breakfast. One makes friends here easily. 👍"

"The charm of this hotel is its people. Very very welcoming, super sweet, helpful and just really great hosts! Zahran, Ahmed, Idris and everyone who we met there and works there have been superb! I needed a taxi arranged for Jebel Shams and Muscat, they did that smoothly. The dinner was a buffet, which was so tasty and their breakfast looked top notch and tasted amazing as well! I really enjoyed my experience there and would 100% come back! The room was artistic, clean and perfect! Their location is literally in the center, so that was a big plus! I would also highly recommend taking the walking city tour to understand their city better, it was offered for free to their guests and it was worth it!"

"The only thing that was a little off was that early in the morning around 6am, people on the streets were talking and laughing really loud. Since the room windows are street facing, the noise made it a bit difficult to sleep in. This is not something the hotel can control, so no negative points for them! They are awesome."

"I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Bait Baitn in Misfah. Even though I stayed for only one night, I sincerely wished I could have stayed longer. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and incredibly beautiful, offering a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help even before I had to ask. Their hospitality made the stay feel very personal and welcoming. I have no suggestions for improvement, as everything was simply perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Misfah and would love to return in the future."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, from the comfort to the service. Truly a fantastic experience overall, we would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely place giving the feel of old Omani's homes! Well maintained property. Friendly staff. Got a chance to see the owner of the property, a very kind Omani gentleman. The rooftop served as a place to sit and chat as well as a dining area. The views around were great. Great walking trails around."

"Towards evening, there were lots of insects, this probably was due to the lots of tree and nearby falaj system. Internet was not so stable."

"Absolutely wonderful location and room facilities. Also wonderful dinner served to us after our relatively late arrival on the roof terrace. Beautiful welcome on arrival."

"We had discussed the time for breakfast in the evening but nobody was around in the morning at the arranged time, let alone any breakfast in sight, even by 8am. We decided to go for a walk and left a note that we'd be back in a couple of hours. When we returned there was still no staff around though some other guests obviously had breakfast in the meantime. We helped ourselves to some leftover food in the kitchen."
