"We had a fantastic experience in this beautiful villa! The villa has a lot of space, a nice pool and a cosy covered terrace. Also, you can easily visit a lot of touristic places from the villa (nice beaches, Bimmah Sinkhole, different Wadi's). Salim is the best host you can ask for. He is friendly, welcoming, helpful and a very genuine person. We went on a daytrip with him and we learned só much about Oman and Omani culture. Thanks to him, our days at the villa were even more special! Thanks Salim! When we return to Oman, we will definitely return to the villa (or one of his other very nice rental places around Dibab). We strongly recommend people to do the same!"

"Although it's called an apartment, we would consider it a house! It's much bigger than we expected and plenty of space for us 5 friends travelling together. We initially booked just 1 night but were so grateful that we were able to book a 2nd night as the home here is such a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor space with pool is so spacious with plenty of shade. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare breakfasts and dinner each evening. The location is quiet and peaceful which we loved. We got up early both mornings to what sunrise at the beach. Wadi al Arbeieen was our favourite thing to do nearby, beautiful space for swimming and exploring. We'd love to stay here again when back in Oman"

"Too bad we only had one night - an entire house with a pool, terraces, outside seating, etc. Everything nice and clean and just loo large just for 2 of us but the one night we spend was quite nice. Very close to the beach (walking dist.), and to Bimmah sinkhole and wadis shab and tiwi."

"The villa was easily found and located in a small residential area. The house is very modern, comfortable and well equipped. air conditionning was also a good point facing the hot weather conditions during our stay. The villa is quite close from the Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi, and the sinkhole spot as well. The discussion with the owner went well using WhatsApp, very friendly and supportive in terms of the willingness to enjoy our stay in his house. The arrival and departure were done using a young guy coming to explain the details (electricity, AC, on/off, etc. outside and inside). The pleasure of having a fresh swimming pool to enjoy and relax a cool down atmosphere at different moments of the day."

"For shopping, there is almost nothing close by, you need to go north or south to find bigger villages and supermarkets or groceries. The idea is thus to have the food/drink shopping done before arriving. The kitchen equipment is quite limited and we had a discussion using WhatsApp with our host as some elements were missing to cook a family dinner. We went out to find those elements and the owner told us that he will look and buy new tools as they are missing."
