Boasting free WiFi and free onsite parking, Fernleaf Motel is just 1.5km from the centre of Rotorua. It offers self-contained accommodation with a flat-screen TV. Fernleaf Motel Rotorua is just 3 minutes’ drive from Lake Rotorua. Rotorua Bus Station and the popular Polynesian Espai Balneari are each a 5-minute drive away. All studios and apartments include a kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room type has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Unfortunately, we don't have an office on site and the guest has to come to a different location for check in. Check-in's location is 1101 Hinemaru street, Rotorua, 3010 (Ambassador thermal Motel)

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."
