"No aircon in the bedroom meant it took a long time to cool down. Bathroom a bit pokey considering the size of the whole room was large."

"We stayed for a friends’ wedding and wanted to be onsite. Our suite was super spacious and comfortable, and we liked the well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, nice glassware and ample tea varieties. Our room opened to the lawn and the lake and most handily was right across the lawn from the reception! We liked the onsite laundry also."

"The hotel is very well located, a bit outside the busy/noisy center area, with very nice view on the gardens and lake.. The apartment offered 2 spacious and comfortable rooms. The lunch a la carte from the restaurant on the terrasse was very nice - so was the view on the lake too."

"We were a bit disappointed by the buffet breakfast, and by the quality of the bikes we rented at the hotel (not in great condition, too small and with saddle not properly fixed, which would have be ok if lent for free)."

"A clean and spacious room (premium hotel room) with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed the trail along the lake right outside the room that led us to That Wanaka Tree. The drive to the town centre was about 5 minutes, which was convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much and will likely come back when we visit Wanaka again."
