"Our family were going through some trying times, however Evander (receptionist), the maintenance man and the owner sorry didn’t get names, their service and communication was top tier. Location across from the hospital was fantastic and great for long hospital stays and still close enough to town/supermarkets etc. Facilities were great, and room was spacious. Our elders weren’t suited to stairs but the owner was accommodating and was able to quickly transfer us to down stairs. Beds were comfy. Unfortunate we weren’t able to use the spa but definitely will try in future!"

"Really appreciated the friendliness of the owner who went outbid his way to accommodate us with a room downstairs, to accommodate my elderly parents. The breakfasts were great, great value for money and I liked having them brought to your room the night before. Thank you."

"The shower being in the middle of the bathroom, the dip took me by surprise and unbalanced me. If the shower was against the far wall, it would have been better. but i understand why you set it up the way you did."
