"Our group of 20+ foreign Buddhist pilgrims really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the Mirage Inn! It's located in a very good spot where we could easily walk towards the Maya Devi Temple and the Birthplace of Gautama Buddha. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous to us, and the dinner and breakfast service was delicious (but food would run out, so we had to wait for more food to be made). The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable, and they actually had hot water for taking a shower, unlike other places we stayed at in India. I highly recommend this place."
"The only thing I would say is that the dinner and breakfast buffet would tend to run out of food, but the staff would replenish the food as quickly as they could. We had some seniors in our group (+65 or older), and the Mirage Inn does not have an elevator, so this can be a challenge for those who have a lot of luggage and/or climbing stairs."

"Very friendly staff! We were served a good breakfast even on the day we had to leave early (5:30). The manager told us, that the bus would pass the hotel and that he‘d flag it down. He did!"

"The location is perfect, after a 5-10min walk, you can get to the birth place of Buddha. The clerk’s smile is impressive. Room is big enough for me, clean and air-condition works well. It has a small garden, beside,you may enjoy you coffee in the lobby."

"Bhiurankot Hill Top Resort is a serene escape with stunning panoramic views, beautiful gardens, and a refreshing pool. My room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with free WiFi. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant offered delicious Local Nepali food like Sukuti, Local Chiken and gundruk. Pet-friendly, great bar with hill views, and excellent value. Perfect for relaxation away from the crowds. Highly recommended."
