"Reception were so helpful with everything from using a transport app to giving me an iron to use. The view from the roof is amazing, probably better than any viewing point. Room is prepared to a high standard each day with fresh towels and toiletries and water."

"I booked this hotel last minute after my flight from Pokhara was cancelled, and I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff went out of their way to help—organising an early breakfast and making sure everything ran smoothly. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace was an unexpected highlight. I also used the airport shuttle in the morning, which was efficient and hassle-free. Overall, the hotel offers exceptional value for money and warm, attentive service."

He helped us alot .. even though i was a little naggy .. becoz i wasnt sure about the funtion of the water heater . Its really value for money! Feel So Safe because of its Gurkha History"

"Breakfast was excellent as was other food. Staff were extremely helpful during a difficult time for us - we were there to help my son who had an accident and was in hospital. The manager and his staff were very kind we were sorry that we didn't see more of the country."

"Many insects on bathroom ceiling, some even flying around. Bad smell in the bathroom all the time. Dusty bedside cabinet, gentle wipe already caused paper to turn greyish, and so I don't even dare to touch any other furnitures."
