Perfect for both couples and families, the hotel offers a peaceful, cool environment away from the city's noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!"

"We never expected this hotel to be so luxurious. We found this hotel online and booked it at under Rs 1.5k for 1 night for 2 people on offer price, usually the money needed is 3.5k otherwise. The cost of breakfast is included in that price. There are plenty of hotels around but this one easily stands out with its design, especially at night. The receptionist is polite and very helpful with the queries. They have a functioning lift in the building. A smart key card shaped like a normal bank card is provided and is needed in the room to enable all the lights, tvs and fans in the room. The clean rooms are very quiet, soundproofing is real here. The management is really great along with the customer service. The breakfast we chose was Asian and Continental. Service was quick and the behaviour of the staff was friendly. The taste was amazing as well. Overall, it was an exciting and peaceful experience. Thank You Palazzo. Booked it again for this weekend. ☺️"
"One of the customers was complaining about the tap water not being clean and said the water was a bit brown in color but we didn't notice that in our room."
"The hotel is exceptionaly different than the surrounding hotels and the rooms are as advertised and we got an amazing deal. The included breakfast was of our choice and in comfort of our room which was very good. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant which serve good nepali cuisine."
