"Emplacement idéal au coeur du Thamel. Personnel souriant, à l'écoute et très professionnel. Petit-déjeuner au top. Literie au top également (ce qui n'est de loin pas toujours le cas au Népal car il n'y a pas de sommier et c'est donc l'épaisseur et la qualité du matelas qui fait la différence). Etant issue de l'hotellerie, le manager a pris en compte toutes mes suggestions d'amélioration. Au moment de notre séjour, l'hôtel était ouvert depuis seulement 4 mois. Durant notre séjour, on été rajouté des petits crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les vêtements. A venir les sèches-cheveux, les coffres-fort... A notre départ, le manager nous a également fait la surprise d'investir dans une balance à bagages. J'espère pouvoir retourner un jour au Népal et n'hésiterais pas à y séjourner à nouveau. Félicitations au manager et à tout son personnel."
