"The hotel's location is excellent. You can reach the port within a 10-minute walk, and some of the most beautiful attraction points are really close to the hotel. The breakfast was adequate. The room we stayed in was in the corner of the floor and was spacious enough. The personnel were very helpful and kind. All in all, it was an excellent stay."

It is not something I did not like, it was my tiredness after a long travel, and I was exhausted and cold. It would have been just a nice addition from the staff to switch on the heater and then leave a message where to find the heater and how to switch it on."

"There was a misunderstanding about the cleaning. You have to book when you want your room to be cleaned. We discussed this with the receptionist the first day but apparently it wasn't booked in the sistem or something happened but we solved this issue."
