"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. It's not central but transport into Oslo is so easy and there's a great shopping mall in Fornebu"

"Staff on the whole were excellent although one at reception was not so good. Parking under the hotel and for Oslo was a good rate. Bathroom was fine, bed was OK. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. As it was the night of a concert there was a buffet dinner which was excellent as were the staff on duty there."

"Breakfast of good variety. Bar and surrounding at the first floor was comfortable. Three elevators Rooms were cleaned every day."

"While checking in I was given pencil and paper to write down my personal information which I had already given when I booked. That was like going back 20 years. Enough to print out information I had already given and let me sign. On the first day, I also asked for namecard with information about the name and address of the hotel but was told it wasn´t available."

"The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good with plenty of options. It did not run out of iogurt during breakfast."

"The layout of the room is not great as the bathroom door is in front of the double bed so if someone goes to have a piss in the night you hear everything. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable."

"The rooms needed more lighting. I couldn’t really see to work - the desk lamp didn’t work. It needed a ceiling light. Kettle in room would have been good. Larger towels for shower."

"The proximity to Unity Arena. We traveled for a concert organized there. The view was great, near the sea. The breakfast was very nice: diversity and quality."

"The temperature in the room could not been modified even if it is a thermostat in the room. It was too cold for us (19-20 degrees). Some slippers would have been very useful as the floor was cold."
