Comentaris dels clients sobre Rødseter Gjestegård
"This accommodation is very isolated but lovely. Old homestead which has been tastefully renovated. Our room had a bath which was a treat. Host was very friendly We had a meal in the house with other guests - nice to have a "home cooked meal". The local fish wasn't our thing, but the experience was. About 2 km down the no exit road was a glacier - very impressive & a nice walk or drive away."
"Very steep stairs to bedrooms - but it is an authentic house, so not a complaint, just a warning. Walls were very thin."
"Very nice host. Fully renovated very nice rooms. Very enjoyable stay."
"It was raining :-)"
"Everything! The view, the special historic house with the amazing furniture, the welcoming owner, the food."

"Roster Gjestegard is a restored farmhouse from the 1800’s. Our room was very comfortable, the dining room exquisite, and offers a nice outdoor sitting area. Andre prepared a fantastic traditional Norwegian dinner and was overall a great host!"

"Very well renovated old farm close to Fjærland; the room was cosy and clean, with a comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. The host and his family were really nice and a pleasure to speak to. Also, great breakfast"
"The room was a bit cold at night and there were no blackout curtains to prevent the light from getting in - but minor comment, it was indeed a great stay!"
"This is a gem: The owners have remodeled an old farm into this hotel that has so much charm and the whole experience calmly says: Authenticity. If you are looking for a courtyside guesthouse with just nature to surround you, this is the place."
"The breakfast is very simple."

"The location off the beaten track but within easy reach of glacier viewing. The owner was friendly and welcoming. Quirky and comfortable accommodation. Made a welcome change from touristy hotels."
"The thin walls between the rooms. Could hear person in next room snoring ! Location meant no restaurants near by."
"This was one of our very favorite places to stay during our two-week trip in Norway. It's in an absolutely gorgeous location. The dinner we booked in advance was fantastic, as was the breakfast. It's in a historic house. The hosts are lovely, including their adorable teenage son (sorry, I shouldn't say adorable, now he's going to be embarrassed). Our room was so beautifully and tastefully restored, as were the public areas. I was looking at all the repainted woodwork and getting ideas for color schemes. After breakfast, the host recommended a lovely walk to the nearby glacier view. Everything was absolute perfection."
"Everything was perfect and beautiful."
"Best stay of our trip The owner Andrei with warm hospitality, excellent breakfast"

"Almost everything was there to spend few days comfortable (the kettle but was missing but we didn’t miss it too much - found a way to boil the water for hot beverages)."
"Espais compartits i cuina totalment equipada que et permet fer els àpats al Lodge i estalviar uns quants diners. Les vistes des de la cuina i ma terrassa maravelloses."

"The location was great - a very short walk into town and fab for exploring the local area by car. It was also good to stay in a Norwegian property. Although it was a small room we were very welcomed in the house and had many good conversations with Lisbeth’s mum who also gave us some very good tips on where to go."
