"It was amazing, a historic house fully renovated and overwhelming comfy in the Norwegian "nowhere" with hosts who really care of their guests, prepared many lovingly things and information. Our stay was way too short to try hikes in the wood or using the raw boat. This is an absoluty "yes, anytime again"!"

Their house was charming and had everything we needed.It was rebuilt from the original.There was also a huge woods behind the house and a lake for fishing, which my son and husband did during our stay.They enjoyed it a lot. "Gîte spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt. Un séjour au calme, ressourçant. Hôte très accueillant et disponible. Les enfants ont adoré caresser les chèvres et les chats. Il y a des commerces et de belles randonnées dans le centre de Vikersund à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture. Le gîte se trouve à environ 1h30 d'Oslo."

We konden aan alle kanten van het huis buiten zitten. super stil; heel fijn! echt een idyllische plek. huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. de inrichting is sfeervol; mooi oud karakter is bewaard gebleven. mooie fietsroutes (gravelbike) in de directe omgeving. vikersund met supermarkten op 15 min rijden."
