Overlooking the Luster Fjord and Feigum Waterfall, this waterfront inn is 30 minutes’ drive from Sogndal. It provides free WiFi and a surrounding garden with outdoor seating and a playground. Nes Gard is a farm from 1850 and the rooms are locaded in 4 different buildings at the farm. All the rooms are different and charming. The superior rooms are bigger that the standard doubleroom and has a private terrace/balcony. Nes Gard’s taula gastronòmica serves a 3-course dinner with Norwegian specialties. The staff at Nes Gard can arrange both bicycling rentals and a shuttle service to Sogndal Airport and the Express Boat docks in Sogndal and Leikanger. Breheimen National Park is a 25-minute drive away, while Urnes Stave Church is 40 minutes away by car. Hiking is another common area activity.

"Absolutely amazing place. THE VIEW is worth everything. Morning swim in the fiords was one of my highlights of Norway. Supergood bed. We slept so good. The Dinner consept was extraordinary- all local, every evening different, super delicious. Definitely would go back."
