"Excellent location just a ten minute walk from the train station and on the main street in Narvik. It is conveniently opposite the tourist information centre and two of the town's museums. The skiing area is a ten minute bus ride away. The hotel facilities are quite simple, but very nicely done - the room and en suite were well furnished with everything you would need, including some basic toiletries. One minor downside was there wasn't a safe in the room. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the restaurant downstairs was outstanding and I would highly recommend both."
"This is really picky and very personal to me, but I would have liked to have a fresh/filter decaffinated coffee and some greater choices on the herbal teas. As a non-caffeine drinker, this was a bit limited with only instant decaff coffee available and a red-berry herbal tea - a basic peppermint and chammomile would have been superb (green tea is not a herbal tea!)"
