"Unfortunately, some of the bedding is very dirty, there is a lot of hair on it, and not least there is some blood over pillows.Please ask those responsible there to check it all thoroughly."

"I had a great stay at this accommodation in Oslo. The location is excellent — easily accessible from the train station and very close to the city centre. The staff were outstanding: extremely polite, friendly, and professional at all times. The lobby area is very cozy and welcoming, inviting you to spend time there (especially when the weather is not good). The atmosphere is really nice and you can meet and interact with other guests. A big plus is the luggage storage service, which was available both before check-in and after check-out and made my travel plans much easier. The room itself was quite spacious, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.The bathroom, also spacious and cleaned, is equipped with a hair dryer. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Oslo."

"Loved the privacy of the bunk beds (curtain, light, socket), 2 wc per room plus one on our floor, kitchen on our the floor, great location. Very helpful staff, especially the German guy who checked me in."
