"The høyfjellsenter in Hovden gives you a great starting point for hikes. The senter itself is located 1 km outside of the village center, great to walk and easy accessible. We visited during the summer, but I think during winter it is a great place to ski. Our cottage was clean and spacious. Beds were good. The staff is really nice and helpfully."

"Die Lage unserer Hütte direkt am Fluss war genial. Der Check in verlief einfach und unkompliziert, ein Briefumschlag mit Schlüssel und Hüttennummer lag im Briefkasten neben der Rezeption. Parkplätze stehen zu jeder Hütte zur Verfügung."

"the location was perfect for me. i travelled there on my own for skiing. it was 100m from the railway station, which is one train and tram from the airport and 100m from the gondola for skiing. there was a supermarket 3 min walk away and a petrol station next door, that was open late and did food. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast nice and varied, english and continental style. one of the dinners i had was exceptionally good (Iberico secreto). the view from the room was lovely, overlooking the lake. the room was nice and warm (although 2 other separate people had problems with their heating). there was a bath with a shower in it. it was pretty good."
