"Very friendly staff and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is warm, fun and welcoming. We had an issue with our heating, which they were not able to fix immediately, so Marica, the very kind and helpful receptionist, upgraded us to a better room and also gave the whole family a free breakfast. Comfortable beds and no noise from the street even though it's right opposite the train station."
