"Staff where really lovely and friendly, I called the hotel before booking to confirm about the breakfast, if it was included, and they told us that yes it's is . Not knowing that was paid separately. Maybe was miss communication! Otherwise hotel was very clean, friendly staff and really helpful."

"I enjoyed the stay there. The two best aspects of it were the friendly staff and the tremendous location right across from the train station. Do not judge a book by its cover. It doesn't make a great first impression. But it's comfortable and convenient"
"I fear for an older person staying there as the stairs are steep and dangerous, the carpets look old and toward end of life. If you're expectation is a luxury hotel it is not that. It's just a comfortable place with a great staff"
