"The staff were really professional and friendly. No request was too much. The location was good with plenty of of-road parking options. Despite there being a very busy restaurant, the sound proofing in the rooms was excellent."
"Only two things that are all fixable: 1. The bed was the worst I’ve experienced. Far too soft, but at least I could remove the middle bit and it was ok after that. 2. The TV was somewhat irritating as it was very difficult to get a connection to anything. A good improvement might be to simply support more digital options like Netflix etc. and then guests could use their own credentials to access the service of choice."
