The village of Medemblik is less than 10 minutes drive from the casa rural. Alberg De Vooroever is col·located a 17 km from Hoorn and 12 km from Enkhuizen. "We were welcomed with such kindness, and the place truly enchanted us. The accommodation was beautiful — full of light, with spacious rooms and a view of grazing sheep and a turning windmill. Despite it being April, we could still enjoy the balcony and soak up the sun for a bit, which felt amazing. Our breakfast was incredibly delicious and generous, delivered exactly when we asked for it — no need to wake up early. Sunlight streamed into the bathtub, and it was clear that every detail in the space had been thoughtfully planned to make the most of the light and layout. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor — everything was fresh and flavorful. We’re certain we’ll come back. These few days gave us one of the most relaxing stays we’ve ever had."
