"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Good location in easy walking distance of the centre. There was a private car park where we were able to store our bikes securely. The accommodation was lovely - clean, comfortable, spacious, stylish and homely. Beautiful. Very comfortable bed, good shower and the balcony was a great place to sit. Fabulous breakfast. Most of all though, Johanna was a wonderful, interesting and generous host; it was such a pleasure to meet her."

Johanna was very helpful with local travel & was a delight to talk with; she communicated regularly, and provided a lovely breakfast. I highly recommend😃."

"Although the bathroom was well appointed and clean, the toilet is separate from the room. However, Johanna creates such a warm & welcoming atmosphere, it wasn't a problem."

Staying there on a business trip over three days it was just what I had hoped for: a quiet place with an amazing view, but close enough to the otherwise busy streets of Utrecht old town bursting with life. It has everything you could possibly need, including the exquisite breakfast, and all of that with a personal touch. The place is of course is a “reflection” of the host, Johanna, who is a very sophisticated conversation partner, and able to help you out with any information you could need during your stay, or leave alone, if you prefer. Would definitely stay there again!"

City center is on walking distance, property can also easily be reached with bus, stops in from of the property. Perfect breakfast and great view over the Singel at breakfast!"
