"Beautiful home facing the beach. Great for watching sunsets. Attentive security (a bit overbearing to the guests) and wonderful cleaning staff, who explained everything we needed to know."

"The space itself is very beautiful, I loved staying here. It was clean. Staff was really kind. Make sure you get back to the oasis before they close the gates. We came back after Sunday Funday at like almost 1 am and had to hop the fence to get back in as it was locked up. Food was yummy. I liked that it had a pool table, movie night, beer pong night, bar, drinks and food stuff to do once you came back from your adventures. Oh and yoga at 9:00 am each morning. 10/10 highly recommend!!!"

"The hostel felt like a jungle playground to me, I loved how hidden and quiet it was! The shared areas are perfect for relaxing and socializing with the other guests. There are different housing options ranging from dorms to private cabins with kitchens and bathrooms, which is great. The beach is within walking distance and the community of Playa Maderas is very active with lots of weekly events. The staff is lovely."

"It’s a bit aside from the port city Moyogalpa, so it’s very calm and almost no cars and people here, but still easy to reach by foot from the Centre (15 min walk). It has breakfast included and it’s home cooked food by the family. My room was very spacious, with 1 double and 1 single bed. They had outlets outside and inside, so i could work online here. Ask for both WiFi passwords! The host family was very nice and always tried to help, like when I needed a dentist they found a number. They don’t speak English (as most locals here) but with my broken Spanish and google translate we always understood each other. You can also ask them about the laundry option. Thanks for hosting me!"
