"Location is amazing! Right on the beach and the last building of the street so very quiet too. All the aesthetic, details are great! Also good food! The rooftop is a must and props to the warm shower! Thank you to Santiago from the staff, he was really nice!"

"The first approach was not good. They made me pay at front desk - that is the bar - even before seeing the room. I was coming from a long trip, all sweat and I needed to use the rest room and the payment was more important. Also I asked for water and they only gave me the complementary cold drink after the payment. All my luggage was at the entrance and all the guests walking around! That was a sad moment. Breakfast timings are short. And also, I wish I could have breakfast after 9am. But that where the only issues!"

"Loved our stay here. Nestled in the trees we had a view of the beach and waves breaking where we could watch the surf. Hammocks super comfy in shaded areas and a pool for cooling off. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Warm showers and aircon which is I think pretty unusual in El transito."

"We loved it, but perhaps the portion sizes and dinner /lunch options could be a little better for the price. Little expensive and small particularly in comparison to some of the local restaurants. Perhaps a couple more Sun loungers on the beach with a shade brolly would be a nice addition."

"I stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway and we really liked it. The hotel is right in front of the beach and it's super quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The sunsets are amazing and the whole place feels peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fan and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast was included and it was fresh and tasty. We also tried some of the smoothies - really qood (no soft drinks) Hotel it has everything you need to relax and disconnect. We're Nicaraguan and it's not always easy to find a place like this close to home. Definitely recommended."

"I stayed at Alive Beach House for a few nights with my husband. The location is perfect — right on the beach, very quiet, and not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. We joined the morning yoga classes at a very affordable price and it was really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good — fresh and healthy, with vegetarian and vegan options. If you want to relax and disconnect from the busy world, this is a great place. It’s simple but well organized, and we felt really comfortable the whole time"
