"A really homey hotel with quiet corners to read or chill out. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got a lovely breakfast in the morning."
"The reception isn't manned 24/7 since Covid. As I made my booking after 5pm it didn't go through, so I was locked out until a helpful tour guide let me in and called the contact numbers (which I couldn't use with a foreign phone). However Trish was down quickly and got me checked in and set up and couldn'thave been nicer, so it's not a criticism of the hotel, just a heads up to anyone booking to be more organised than me and book at least 24 hours in advance!"

"Chambre confortable, bon petit-déjeuner, la localisation de l'hôtel permet de se déplacer à pied dans le centre de Swakopmund. Le personnel de l'hôtel était extrêmement généreux, aux petits soins, avec un accueil très personnalisé pour trouver des solutions (excursions, problèmes de transports). Un grand merci à Naomi !"

"Das Hotel bietet alles, was das Herz des Reisenden begehrt. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberinnen, die zentrale Lage und die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, auf Wünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Gerne übernimmt die Gastgeberin die Buchungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge."
"Das Hotel liegt an der Durchgangsstrasse, die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber der Durchgangsverkehr ist tagsüber manchmal zu hören, gegen Abend jedoch deutlich weniger wahrzunehmen."

Frühstück gut. Wäscheservice fix und gut. Waren einzigste Gäste - wenn keiner an der Rezeption war, netter Wachmann direkt vor der Hoteltür. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage."

"Tsauchab is very quirky, with the grounds covered in the owner's metal artwork, incredibly talented, great imagination, fantastic to browse through. Although some distance from Sesriem, it is still a convenient location and nice to be slightly further away from the busiest tourist attractions. The rooms are nicely spaced away from each other and the smell of woodsmoke from the hot water "donkey" boiler enhanced the farm experience. Although we stayed two nights, wish we had stayed longer so as to walk the property and enjoy its location. Great food, great staff service."
