"This is a perfect location for walking the hills and paths around the dam and seeing a multitude of wildlife - just be careful on the baboons and don't trespass their territory (top hill between Ti Melen and NW of the dam). Their swimming pool is cozy and has a beautiful view. As a highly stimuli-sensitive person (can't stand noise, loud voices and bright light) it was wonderful that for most of my stay I was the only one customer."

The older receptionist was perfect and helpful but the night porter🤦🏻‍♀️😩 omg, shouting for HOURS over the phone, I had to tell him to go and shout somewhere else, not in front of my very room (no. 1. Very quiet and convenient room after removing that man). He was completely useless, I wish he didn't exist. Dear Staff, Guests come from overseas, and they pay their hard-earned money to be on holiday. Not to hear how you have private conversations about boyfriends for hours in the guest dining room, or sit on the dining room/kitchen tables🤦🏻‍♀️watching tiktok when guests prepare food. Do it in your home on the sofa. Something like this would get you fired in Europe on the spot. Greeting guests and participating in a conversation is also a must for customer service."

"Very pleasant surprise - much better than some of the ratings given by other guests. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, beds had crispy white bed linen, all amentities were working perfectly. Excellent and quiet location at the periphery of Windhoek when coming from the International Airport and heading North. We also received an excellent dinner recommendation. We would consider staying at this accommodation again."

"Wow, what a spot. On the outskirts of Windhoek, away from the buzz of town, great little suites and even better staff. We loved it here. The staff were amazing. The airport road is accessible without having to do any town driving."

"Merci beaucoup au personnel pour le chaleureux accueil. L'hôtesse s'est même levée très top le jour de notre départ pour que nous puissions prendre notre avion avant le départ. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique car dans la direction de l'aéroport. Nous avons pu rejoindre l'aéroport le matin sans nous soucier des bouchons. La chambre et la salle de bain était correctement équipées. A cause de la météo et de notre heure d'arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier la piscine malheureusement mais elle avait l'air bien entretenue."

"The hotel is located in a nice safe neighborhood, close to the Avis dam nature reserve. The staff was very helpful. WiFi was good."

"Closest restaurants and supermarkets are a bit far. 1-2 km. The whole room was packed in closets, which seems unnecessary and means that everything is packed away, so you have to open a closet to turn on the light for the bathroom, not a big problem, it just seamed unnecessary, and that furniture in front of some of the closet doors makes them less useful anyway."
