"As always very attentive staff and extremely responsive to any needs. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean with very comfortable beds and good quality furnishings. The cooking facilities are basic but adequate and as before they will supply extra equipment if needed. Breakfast is a slightly odd selection but there’s plenty of variety and they do a great omelette."
"Only quibble is that the electricity stops when the key isn’t inserted in the holder, and the fridge stops working. They provide tea and coffee but you will need to bring everything else for cooking"
"jag var i Maputo två veckor för att jobba och bodde i en liten lägenhet som var perfekt för mig. väldigt fräsch, sovrum, litet vardagsrum kök och badrum. Och balkong med utsikt över staden och havet som glimtade fram. Perfekt läge, nära restauranger och trevliga kvarter. Bra frukost. väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fin takterrass med pool, fin utsikt."

"The staff, especially the manager Johnny, were outstanding and always ready to help/assist. Even the amicable owner was reachable and would ensure that guests were well taken care of. We also loved having breakfast while admiring the waves and morning sun. Walking on the beach everyday was a must and the sound of waves was very soothing. Although quite basic, Giraffe is a great place to just chill. Hotel also has a speed-boat and can organize the trip to Bazaruto and other islands."
