Villas Ecotucan

"És un hotel fantàstic situat davant la Llacuna i rodejat de naturalesa. Tan bonic veure sortir el sol des de les tumbones del hotel. Les cabanes són fantastiques!! Ens dutxavem veient els abres i teniem una hamaca al balcó. El llit gran i cómode amb roba de llit molt suau .Vàrem dormir de meravella. El personal extraordinari sobretot la Marcela . Tant l esmorzar com el sopar de qualitat. Super . Hi tornarem!!!"

"Tot. Les cabanes són molt noves i estan decorades amb molt de gust. Les fotos no estan actualitzades. Dorms enmig de la selva, envoltat d'animals i et lleves amb el cant dels ocells. L'esmorzar també és molt complet. L'establiment té kaiaks gratuïts i un moll privat que dona a la llacuna."

"Un allotjament cuidat i bonic. L'entorn és ideal per desconnectar i relaxar-se. Las Villas són àmplies i confortables. Tot està molt net. Bon esmorzar y personal molt amable. A 10 minuts amb cotxe de Bacalar. Disposes de Kayaks per poder descobrir l'entorn."

"Potser m'imaginava la llacuna una mica més a prop del complex. Les opcions per sopar a l'allotjament són escasses amb un menú tancat. El seu cost és força elevat."

"The hotel is wonderfully quiet — we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to slow down. Direct access to the lagoon is a big plus. We spent beautiful hours there reading, exercising, swimming, and just enjoying the view. The territory itself is lush and very green, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. There are also some nice touches on the property: hammocks, a palapa with chess, kayaks, and a jetty. We stayed for three nights, and overall it felt like enough to keep us happily occupied."

"Breakfast could be a bit more diverse — a wider variety would make the stay even better One thing that felt a bit unusual was having to return the AC remote at checkout. It seems like many guests are surprised by this and have to walk back to their cabins to get it. It’s not a big issue, but it does feel slightly inconvenient and unnecessary"

"By far the best accommodation of our trip to Mexico, the rooms are independent cottages surrounded by nature in the park. Rich and abundant breakfast, friendly staff."

"We were not warned that dinner would not be available one evening. The shower room is secure but open, so taking a shower in the morning is not ideal due to the cold."

"Peaceful location and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens and very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast included. Lovely to have a hammock on our patio. I would recommend a sunrise kayak tour. Erik was an interesting and informative guide. We would love to have stayed longer."
