"I am honestly in awe of my experience! The rooms were so big, spacious. The service was absolutely excellent. What truly amazed me was how the staff handled everything during code Red; they made us feel so safe and kept us informed at all times. Their calm, reassuring presence made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough! I stayed here 12 night with my 2 daughters. I will definetly come back."

"The kitchen items were very lacking. Very basic if you were to cook. No wine glasses or any basics like coffee machine, salt pepper, ice trays. We called reception for ice and we were told we had to buy it for 50 pesos! Then we asked for a bottle opener and we went to pick it up at reception and were told to bring it back! These items should be in the room. We also were wanting to enjoy a fire as on the website there’s images of the fireplace with a fire burning. We were told that they aren’t in use- so maybe it would be a good idea to remove image and make mention on the website that they aren’t available to use. We thought a heater and more blankets would be good too- we felt cold during the night- but it is winter. On arrival we weren’t warmly greeted by the girl on front desk- this tarnished our stay a little as she was also the one who told us to return the bottle opener and pay for ice."

"Very spacious apartment on first floor with good kitchen area and huge wrap around terrace, smaller bedroom was quite compact with low ceiling which got quite warm, fan was useful to cool but a bit noisy. About a kilometre outside centre but easily walkable to bars/restaurants. Breakfast was very good, with choice of four main dishes prepared to order, endless supplies of coffee. Spacious sun lounge area around smallish pool more suited to kiddies than swimming. Lots of space around property with on site secure carpark. Easy walk to shores of Lake Chapala."

"I stayed with my husband and friends at Danza del Sol and the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were so much nicer and bigger than we expected. We love to go back soon as we enjoyed our stay so much."

"There was no "pool service" for drinks or food, and we missed it! I wasn´t planning to watch TV, but I tested it and there was no way to see anything, very bad signal."
