The Lodge at Uxmal is located within Uxmal Archaeological Park, just a few steps from the pyramids and temples. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and gardens, it offers charming bungalows with mahogany interiors, ethnic ceramics and wood carvings. Air-conditioned bungalows have ceiling fans, free handmade toiletries, a minibar and coffee maker, as well as a satellite TV. Each one offers views of the park and the castle. Villas overlook the gardens and pool. All accommodation comes with a private terrace with a rocking chair and hammock. The Lodge at Uxmal provides guests with free access to the attractions of the neighbouring sister property Hacienda Uxmal and they can visit its working plantation. Guests can also learn the history of coca and chocolate in the interactive Choco-Story Museum. A number of Colonial towns, Mayan villages, extensive jogging and walking trails and nature reserves are also nearby. The Uxmal Archaeological Park offers a light and sound show.

"The best possible overnight location to be at the entrance gates of Uxmal ruins at 8am and gain entry to the wonderful site with only a handful of other visitors present. To be among the first wandering about before all the tour buses arrive is a privilege- this is a beautiful site well worth the journey. The lodge is very pretty, the staff excellent and the room very comfortable . The hotel can organise a private guide in any language required and a couple of minutes walk from the hotel restaurant takes you to the entrance kiosk."

"Very beautiful lodge located right outside the entrance to Uxmal archaeological site. Staff made us feel very welcome, even though we were the only guests that evening. Simply an amazing room. Lovely design, very comfortable and spotless. Loved breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the pyramid in Uxmal."
