"Everything was great. After reading mixed reviews we didn't know what to expect. The drinks were great, the food was abundant, fresh and very good. Service was awesome everywhere. We had a great time and thought it was great value for money, the all inclusive option was great. The room and hotel were a tiny bit outdated but in very good condition. A lot of activities and entertainment for all ages."

"Beautiful beach, good pools, food was good quality. This was our first all inclusive and we stayed here for three nights. Good gym. Comfortable rooms. Like having a small pool and hot tub by the hacienda rooms."

"Check in and check out were really poorly organised. There is a total lack of management and communication. Make sure you've paid everything or you will have to join a long queue just to leave. For some reason I wasn't charged the tourist eco tax on check in so had to queue to pay it on leaving. Lack of staff at some bars resulting in long waits. Predominantly Spanish speaking guests (this isn't a negative, just an observation), we were hoping for more English speaking kids for our kids to make friends with in the few days we were there. The water slides seem much smaller than in the photos."

"All of it was brilliant. We especially loved the beach area and the kids really enjoyed the slides in the family area too. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice and space for our big family. I was also super impressed with the quality of spa treatments, hair and makeup (for a wedding). The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful."

"As we were not able to get ‘Gold bands’ (because we stayed in the family area) this meant that getting food in the day needed to be timed well so we didn’t miss the snack bar at the beach."

"The hotel is very nice. It has a lot of activities, food and drink options, different pools and of course - incredible beach. Me and my husband spent the end of our honeymoon trip here and it was just perfect. We got to relax after a lot of traveling as well as spend some quality time together. Each night you can reserve a dinner in one of the 6 better restaurants, but you can also just eat in a buffet. We really enjoyed the restaurants, but buffet was also ok with a lot of food options. Also, each night there is a show and it was always fun to see those. It was also cool to see some animals around!"

"Just FYI keep your important belongings in the safe that is provided in the room. We had a little accident when after breakfast we came back to our room and one important bag was missing - but apparently some hotel workers put it in the safe. It got sorted out as a guy came to our room and unlocked the safe for us - but we got scared for a moment. So just be aware of this as for us it never happened before."

"My favorite was the various food and drinks options. The service is pretty good and very accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable, refreshments and amenities, with many pool sections within the apartment blocks, so does not feel overly crowed. Food wise there are many options for dinner. For Lunch the Festival Buffet or the Snack Bar seems to be only options; the buffet is huge and can be a bit overwhelming how many options there are, but for many food desires can be very practical. The facilities are huge and there is so much to do or many place to not do anything and relax."

"I wish for Lunch there was other than the Festival Buffet or the Snack Bar. The food at the Festival Buffet can be a bit too salty. The transport offer can be price-wise more accessable or inform the guess about the shuttle option. the inner shuttle can be more frequent than only 15mins, sometimes can be too full at the stations and the space is limited."
