"Don’t like the room which I booked through Booking.com. I’m a member of the resort and so know the difference. The room is very outdated. Mini kitchen is so small. Hard to cook because the container to dry the plates, it and drinking glass and cups is on top of the stove. The bathroom is small, dark and musty. Toilet paper is so thin and rough. It’s like wiping a sandpaper on your butt. Didn’t request to clean the room but they did and did not replace any of the towels."

We had an all-inclusive deal and would have preferred a set-up where a reasonable amount of tips would have been included in the deal to prevent having to think with each order what to do with the tip and not knowing where it would end up at the end of the stay."
