"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff member Juan Carlos deserves a raise or a promotion he went out of his way to ensure we remained calm with all the caos that was going on. He made sure to get us some food with us being on lock down. He escorted me outside and stayed with me the whole time so I would feel safe."
